Board of Directors David C. Quast
David C. Quast received a BA from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and a JD from Duke University School of Law. He is currently retired and employed as a corporate lawyer with various companies, most recently with Sealed Air Corporation. He has served on the board of MICAH Program, Inc. since it was created in 2020.
Dr. O'Rourke
Dr. O'Rourke is a physician living in Greenville, SC. He practiced medical oncology at Prisma Health and retired from active patient care in 2021. Dr. O'Rourke was the founding board chair of the Hospice House of Greenville in 2005. For over thirty years, O'Rourke has been an advocate for medical ethics, care for immigrants, increased affordable housing, and legislation to limit predatory lending in South Carolina. He has served on the board of MICAH Program, Inc. since it was created in 2020. Dr. O'Rourke and his wife, Rita, have two children, three grandchildren, and a labradoodle. They are parishioners at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church.
Mike Cumby
Mike Cumby lives in Greenville, where he works with Michelin North America. Currently Mike is responsible for leading the financial operations of Michelin in North, Central, and South America. In his 35 years with the company, he has held executive financial positions in Canada, the U.S., and Europe. Mike has served on the board of MICAH program since 2021. As well he is currently the Board Chair of Prisma, Upstate, and Chair of the Board of Trustees of St. Joseph's Catholic School in Greenville. He and his wife, Lisa have 3 children and 3 spoiled dogs. They are parishioners at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church.
Jim Stavrakas
Jim Stavrakas worked at Milliken & Company for 40 years in various roles and capacities. He and his wife have called Greenville home since 1982. He is currently retired and devotes his time and energy supporting the MICAH Program. He has been active with the MICAH Program since 2023. He recently joined the board as CEO and Chairman of the Board. He and his wife are parishioners at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church.
