Board of Directors David C. Quast
David C. Quast received a BA from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and a JD from Duke University School of Law. He is currently retired and employed as a corporate lawyer with various companies, most recently with Sealed Air Corporation. He has served on the board of MICAH Program, Inc. since it was created in 2020.
Dr. O'Rourke
Dr. O'Rourke is a physician living in Greenville, SC. He practiced medical oncology at Prisma Health and retired from active patient care in 2021. Dr. O'Rourke was the founding board chair of the Hospice House of Greenville in 2005. For over thirty years, O'Rourke has been an advocate for medical ethics, care for immigrants, increased affordable housing, and legislation to limit predatory lending in South Carolina. He has served on the board of MICAH Program, Inc. since it was created in 2020. Dr. O'Rourke and his wife, Rita, have two children, three grandchildren, and a labradoodle. They are parishioners at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church.
Mike Cumby
Mike Cumby lives in Greenville, where he works with Michelin North America. Currently Mike is responsible for leading the financial operations of Michelin in North, Central, and South America. In his 35 years with the company, he has held executive financial positions in Canada, the U.S., and Europe. Mike has served on the board of MICAH program since 2021. As well he is currently the Board Chair of Prisma, Upstate, and Chair of the Board of Trustees of St. Joseph's Catholic School in Greenville. He and his wife, Lisa have 3 children and 3 spoiled dogs. They are parishioners at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church.
Mamie Hopkins Boyd
Mamie Hopkins Boyd is the former principal of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic School and was the Director of Developmental Stewardship for the Parish Office of St. Anthony of Padua. She has served as a Lector, President of the Women's Council, and President and Vice President of the St. Anthony of Padua School Board. In addition, she serves on the board of the MICAH program and the Diocesan School Advisory Council. Mamie retired from Greenville Technical College after serving in various positions: Dean, Assistant Dean, Program Director, Associate Director of Financial Aid, Accreditation Director, Counselor, Department Head, English Instructor, and Campus Director. Additionally, she worked for the Governor's Office, Morris College, and the Greenville Urban League. Mamie earned a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership from Regent University, a Master's Degree in Student.
Personnel Administration from Ball State University and Colorado State, a Master's Degree in English from Converse College (degree not conferred), a Graduate Certificate in Administration from the University of SC (USC), and a Bachelor's Degree in English from USC. She and her husband (James) live in Pelzer, SC. They have two daughters, three granddaughters, three grandsons, and a dog (SnoBall). St Anthony of Padua Catholic Church is where they are parishioners.
